Returning your sample from the rest of the world

For overseas sample returns, you will have these items included:
1x FedEx shipping pouch
1x Prepaid shipping label
1x Consignee copy
1x Commercial invoice
How to pack your sample
1. Make sure the prepaid shipping label, consignee copy and commercial invoice documents are inside the shipping pouch. The prepaid shipping label should be placed on the very top.

2. Pack the box with test samples inside the FedEx shipping pouch
3. Schedule a pickup or drop off directly at local FedEx branch.

We encourage you to return your sample at your earliest convenience.

Option A: Schedule pickup

1. FedEx service is only available from Monday to Friday and may operate on your local holiday schedule, visit their website here for more information.

2. Call your local FedEx hotline here to book a pickup. Press "0" to speak directly with a customer service representative.

3. They may request the following information
  • FedEx return shipping tracking number: 12-digit number on shipping label
  • Shipment type: Global return shipment
  • Recipient: Prenetics Limited, 7F Prosperity Millennia Plaza, 663 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong
  • Payment: Paid by receiver
  • Number of packages: State the number of samples you are returning
  • Type of Packaging: FedEx Padded Pak
  • Weight: 0.5kg
  • Contents: Plastic Swab in Plastic Tube
  • Value: USD$14.

Option B: Drop off

Alternatively, you may drop off your sample at your local FedEx branch. Please visit your local FedEx website to search for branch location.

4. Lastly, take a photo of the shipping label to record your 12-digit tracking number to check your shipment progress.
